1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wolf Pack Cleaner website and your engagement of our commercial cleaning services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
Wolf Pack Cleaner provides commercial cleaning services to gyms, gas stations, offices, commercial spaces, and exterior pressure washing across Chicagoland. Specific scope, frequency and pricing for your account are confirmed in your quote or service agreement before work begins.
3. Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided through our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide, such as property type and approximate size. Final pricing is confirmed after a walkthrough or more detailed scoping where applicable, and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described.
4. Scheduling and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at scheduled cleaning times, including any keys, codes or check-in procedures required. Repeated inability to access the property may result in a missed-visit charge as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of scheduled services until the account is brought current.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Liability
Wolf Pack Cleaner carries general liability insurance and takes reasonable care to protect your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear from cleaning products used as directed, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided about the property.
8. Termination
Either party may end a recurring service arrangement with reasonable written notice, as specified in your service agreement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
