Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work for one-time and recurring commercial cleaning services booked with Wolf Pack Cleaner. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Rescheduling a visit

You can reschedule a scheduled cleaning at no charge by giving us at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled visit. Requests made with less notice are subject to the late-cancellation terms below where a technician has already been dispatched or scheduled specifically for your visit.

2. Cancelling a one-time cleaning

One-time cleanings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price to cover crew scheduling.

3. Cancelling recurring service

Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service plans can be cancelled at any time with at least 14 days written notice to info@wolfpackcleaner.com. There are no long-term contracts and no early-termination penalty for standard commercial accounts, unless a separate service agreement states otherwise.

4. Missed access

If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, the visit may be billed as completed and will need to be rescheduled as a separate visit.

5. Refunds for quality concerns

If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. If a re-clean is not possible or does not resolve the issue, we will review the visit for a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
